Week in Italy

Gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Castiglioncello, Italy with a private beach and gardens.. Week long, Saturday to Saturday rental.
Castiglioncello is on the Etruscan coast approximately an hour and a half from Florence.
Day expeditions can be made to Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena. Tennis courts are but five minutes away.
Boutiques with select italian fashions, hand-made jewelery, leather fashions, bank and supermarkets are a short distance (3 Km.) in the village of Castiglioncello. In town, you will find superb local restaurants featuring Tuscan cuisine and wine, wonderful fresh fish dishes and the very best sorbet and tiramisu' in all of Italy.
There is also bus service and the bustop is almost directly in front of the Villa gates, making regular stops. There are rental shops for bikes and motor scooters, and trekking trails into the nearby countryside..

Hudson River Yacht Cruise

All inclusive 4 hour boat trip up the Hudson from Poughkeepsie to the Kingston Roundout and back for up to 10 people. Cruise will include a stop for lunch at one of Kingston's waterfront restaurants as well as drinks and cheese platters will be provided on the boat.
The Peggy Ann, is 42' long and a beam of 15'. It has two full baths, two state rooms, a Full Galley and is air conditioned. The aft deck has sitting for six, a refrigerator, and a stereo. The flying bridge has seating for five and the sun deck while anchored has seating four. There is surround sound music through the yacht. The interior salon has seating for seven.

Week in Verno Beach Florida

A week in a gorgeous 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home in Verno Beach, FL either in January or April 2017. The house has access to a private beach and sleeps up to 8 people.
Vero Beach is a neighbor to the Sebastian Inlet. There you have access to the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Indian River. You can spend a day at the inlet and you are sure to see the dolphins play!! The inlet is known to host national surfing contests. It is also known to be one of the most popular fishing areas in Florida.
The Treasure Coast is one of the most active sea turtle nesting grounds in the world. During turtle season you will discover several new burial sites. When in hatching season you may get lucky and actually see the baby turtles heading toward the sea.
The Disney Beach Resort is just a walk on the beach away. You can make a reservation for a character breakfast for your little ones, or sit and have a few cocktails and not have to worry about driving home.
